Horley residents have complained about the mess and litter being left all over the High Street car park which is being used by Uber taxi drivers.A total of 50 designated spaces were given to the firm in October by Reigate and Banstead Borough Council, after residents complained about engine noise and music in the nearby Victoria Road car park as well as it being used as a toilet with reports of taxi drivers urinating and faeces also being found.It was hoped providing spaces in the High Street…
