The group behind the Capel Parish Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) believe that the ideas it includes will be “good for the area, good for jobs and good for local people”. The plan is now set to go forward to a six-week public consultation after a report to Mole Valley District Council (MVDC) recommended the draft plan be approved.
