Aslef has suspended a planned overtime ban by Southern Rail drivers to allow for fresh talks to be held. The union, which represents just over 950 of Southern Rail’s drivers, says the postponement of industrial action will allow time for fresh talks to find a resolution over a long-running dispute over driver-only operated (DOO) trains.
