Police investigating a crash involving a car and a six-year-old girl outside a primary school in Smallfield have said there is “no criminal case to answer” and have subsequently closed the investigation.Emergency services were called to Burstow Primary School, on Wheelers Lane, at about 8.40am on May 4 after the girl, called Sufia, was hit by the car.
