Witnesses to the aftermath of an arson attack in Horley thought they were being treated to an early new year fireworks display as “explosive devices” blew up inside a van.Fire crews from Salfords and Reigate were called to Russells Crescent at around 11.30pm on Thursday, December 29, as 28 people called 999.It was initially reported that the explosions were fireworks going off inside the van, which was engulfed by fire.
